Note: Poster set up will take place on Wednesday, July 11, beginning at 9:30 AM.  Posters must be taken down by 5 PM on July 14.  Posters left on the premises will be discarded.

Note: Abstracts can only be submitted once registration is completed and a registration confirmation number is received electronically on line or by phone, fax or mail.

The registration fees for this year's meeting are as follows:
 

Conference Registration includes Tuesday Reception; Wednesday and Thursday Dinners; Friday Lunch; Saturday Reception and Banquet; Poster Session Socials; Refreshment breaks and Conference materials. 

Lodging costs are separate from registration costs. Overnight accommodations are available in the University dormitories or in local hotels. For more information, see the accommodations page. 

Payment can be made using credit cards, check, and/or purchase order. 

Cancellations will be accepted up until June 1, 2001. Participants will receive a refund minus a $30.00 processing fee. Cancellations after June 1, 2001 will result in NO REFUND.
