There are 25 minute meter parking spots available on Linden Drive across the street from Russell Labs, near Babcock Dairy Store.
There are also a few 25 minute meters just west of Babcock Hall (off of Linden Dr.) in a parkinglot next to the Science House.
Lot 36
The top level of the parking ramp (Lot 36) has 2 hour meter parking spots available to the public. The ramp is located on the North side of Russell Labs on Observatory Drive (across the street from Allen Centennial Gardens).
