    CIRCULATION POLICY FOR THE NEW BOOK SHELF

    New books are charged out to the New Book Shelf for four weeks so that all library users have the opportunity to browse through them. At any time during these four weeks, you may put a hold on a new book. After four weeks, new books are removed from the New Book Shelf and put into circulation.
