Chaetomium spp.
are commonly isolated from cranberry, but not known to be pathogens of cranberry.

Epicoccum spp.
are saprophytes or weak pathogens of cranberry. They are commonly isolated from healthy or dying shoots. They have also been isolated from stunted cranberry roots grown hydroponically.
